Mrs. Stephanie Horberg is committed to creating a Primary School environment where every child feels supported, encouraged, and empowered to succeed. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Northern Illinois University with an LBS1 endorsement, a Master’s in Educational Leadership from North Park University, and a Type 75 Principal Endorsement. She is also currently completing an endorsement in English as a Second Language at National Louis University.
Before becoming Dean of Student Life, Stephanie served Hillel Torah as a Resource Teacher, 3rd and 4th Grade General Studies Lead Teacher, team leader, and mentor to new teachers. She began her career at the JCFS Knapp School and over the summer served as Inclusion Site Director at JCC Apachi Evanston, where she led a team supporting campers with special needs.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and strong relationships with students, parents, and faculty, Stephanie is dedicated to helping every child feel valued, challenged, and supported as they grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
