I lived in Connecticut, Brooklyn, and Los Angeles as an adult before returning to Chicago. Experiencing Jewish life in so many different places gave me a deep appreciation for just how unique and special our community is here.
Do you have any hidden talents?
At a previous workplace, I became known as the “plant doctor.” If a plant looks half-dead, people bring it to me before calling it quits. Most of the time, I can bring it back to life… though I still haven’t figured out how to keep succulents alive.
