When to Apply
Hillel Torah encourages families to begin the application process as early as possible. The preferred application deadline is January 24, 2021. Applications received after this date will be reviewed on a space available basis. A non-refundable fee of $100 must be submitted with each application.
Creating an Online Application:
The Admissions area of our website is designed to make the application process as simple as possible, using our Online Application.
To begin the Online Application process, please begin by Creating an Account. Once completed you can log into your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging into your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms, and if necessary reprint the supplemental forms.
- Additional Requirements and Forms – Getting to know your child
Help us get to know your child by providing their current teacher with our Early Childhood Teacher Recommendation Form. Submit by February 8, 2021
When possible, we are excited to visit your child in their current school/preschool program. We will visit each child at their current preschool to observe how they interact in a group setting, providing us with insight about their readiness skills and helps us understand the makeup of the incoming class. (January/February)
When possible, schedule your child’s “playdate” with us at the school. We look forward to getting to know your child and this provides an opportunity to visit our classrooms. (February/March)
Acceptance notifications are sent out in April
Please confirm your child’s space within two weeks of acceptance by submitting your online contract along with the enrollment deposit of $500 (which is applied toward tuition).
