- Student Shadow Experience
When possible, come experience life at HT up close and personal! A visiting student may come and spend a half or full day alongside a current student in order to get a sense of the vibrant day-to-day atmosphere of our school. When to Apply
Hillel Torah encourages families to begin the application process as early as possible. The preferred application deadline is January 24, 2021. Applications received after this date will be reviewed on a space available basis. A non-refundable fee of $100 must be submitted with each application.
Creating an Online Application:
The Admissions area of our website is designed to make the application process as simple as possible, using our Online Application.
To begin the Online Application process, please begin by Creating an Account. Once completed you can log into your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging into your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms, and if necessary reprint the supplemental forms.

Submit transcripts and teacher recommendation forms by February 8, 2021
Applicants will be considered for admission after careful review of their school records, report cards, teacher recommendations and standardized test scores.

When possible, applicants are observed at their current school – February/March
Schedule an interview and assessment for your child. (February/March) An interview with the Principal, Directors of General and Judaic studies or the Student Services department will be required before a transfer student can be considered for admission.
Acceptance notifications are sent out in April
Please confirm your child’s space within two weeks of acceptance by submitting your online contract along with the enrollment deposit of $500 (which is applied toward tuition).
