The cost of tuition and fees are carefully considered so we can provide students with the highest quality educational program. We work hard to attract and retain the best faculty for our school, and to implement best practices across all curriculums. Our graduates, parents and current students know a Jewish education is a gift of a lifetime that provides priceless and life-changing returns.
The setting of Tuition and Fees is determined in January each year.
Pre-Nursery/Nursery: $ 7,445 includes the enrollment fee of $500 due upon acceptance
Kindergarten: $14,500 includes the enrollment fee of $500 due upon acceptance
Grades 1-8: $17,995 includes the enrollment fee of $500 due upon acceptance
The enrollment fee is non-refundable. Financial aid is available for all grades.
Grades 1-8: $1,000 ($500 must be in the form of cash contributions)
The Give/Get obligation is PER FAMILY and will be billed based on the oldest child in each family. Credits not received by June 1, 2019, will be treated as tuition due and owed.
Fund for the Future
Grades K-8: $1,500 per family payable at $300 per year for 5 years OR, for new families or those entering Kindergarten, you may take the option of a one-time $1,000 payment by September 30, 2018. The owed amount for new families whose youngest child is in grade 5 or above will be pro-rated.
Please note: Above tuition reflects a significant subsidy through the generosity of the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago and the Kehillah Fund as follows: Jewish Federation: $1,125 per child, Kehillah Fund: $270 per child.
Kehillah Fund and Jewish Federation
Every Hillel Torah family is expected to contribute to both the Kehillah Fund and JUF. While there is no minimum donation, we encourage our families to be as generous as possible to these organizations and help them to provide much-needed support to our school.
